This disclosure sets forth the matters required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions in relation to web services, SaaS products, digital services, online services, and other services provided by In My Book, Inc. (the “Company”; such services are collectively referred to as the “Services”).
This English version is provided for reference only. If there is any inconsistency between the Japanese version and this English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

The Company will disclose its telephone number without delay upon request in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. In principle, inquiries and support requests are handled through the inquiry form in order to ensure accurate response records and smooth support operations.
Sales Price or Service Fees
The paid plans, fees, contract periods, free tiers, trial conditions, and other pricing terms for the Services will be displayed on the relevant service page, pricing page, purchase screen, or other pages separately designated by the Company.
Whether displayed prices include consumption tax will be as indicated on the pricing page or purchase screen.
Fees Required in Addition to the Sales Price or Service Fees
Internet connection fees, communication charges, device costs, browser costs, and any other costs required to prepare the user’s usage environment for the Services shall be borne by the user.
Additional fees, including but not limited to payment processing fees, foreign exchange fees, overseas transaction fees, and other fees, may arise in connection with the user’s selected payment method, card issuer, financial institution, payment service provider, or other external services. Such fees shall be borne by the user in accordance with the terms set by the relevant service providers.
Payment Method
Payment shall be made by credit card or by any other payment method designated by the Company or its payment service provider on the relevant service page, purchase screen, or payment screen.
Payment processing may be conducted through Stripe or any other payment service provider designated by the Company.
Payment Timing
When applying for a paid plan, payment will be processed at the time of application or at the timing displayed on the purchase screen.
For subscription contracts, the fee for the selected plan will be automatically charged on each renewal date for the applicable contract period. The specific billing date, renewal date, contract period, and other terms shall be as displayed on the relevant service page, pricing page, purchase screen, payment screen, or the screen provided by the payment service provider.
Timing of Service Provision
The Services will be provided as soon as they become available after completion of payment procedures, authentication, confirmation of contract status, and any other procedures prescribed by the Company.
The start of use or reflection of functions may take time due to circumstances involving external services, payment service providers, authentication services, communication environments, system conditions, or other factors.
Application Period
Unless otherwise specified, there is no limitation on the application period.
If the Company offers campaigns, trials, discounts, early access, user limits, or other special conditions, such conditions will be displayed on the relevant service page, pricing page, purchase screen, or other pages separately designated by the Company.
Contract Period and Automatic Renewal
The contract period, automatic renewal, renewal conditions, cancellation deadline, and other terms of subscription contracts shall be as displayed on the relevant service page, pricing page, purchase screen, payment screen, or the screen provided by the payment service provider.
Even if the user completes cancellation procedures during the contract period, the Company will not provide prorated refunds on a daily or monthly basis for fees already paid, except where required by law or separately specified by the Company.
Cancellation Method
The user may cancel a paid plan through account settings on the relevant service, the payment management screen, the customer portal provided by the payment service provider, the inquiry form designated by the Company, or any other method designated by the Company.
The timing of cancellation, the remaining available usage period, the timing of suspension of the next billing, and other terms shall be as displayed on the relevant service page, payment management screen, the screen provided by the payment service provider, or other conditions separately displayed by the Company.
If the user contacts the Company regarding cancellation through the inquiry form, it may take time for the cancellation to be reflected due to identity verification, confirmation of contract status, processing by the payment service provider, or other circumstances. Users should complete cancellation procedures with sufficient time before the next renewal date.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
The Services are digital services provided through the internet. Due to the nature of the Services, returns or cancellations are not accepted after the commencement of service provision.
Fees already paid will not be refunded, except where required by law or separately specified by the Company.
The Company will not provide refunds even if the user is unable to use the Services due to the user’s communication environment, device, browser, settings, external service conditions, or other circumstances attributable to the user, except where required by law or separately approved by the Company.
Operating Environment
Use of the Services requires an internet connection, supported browser, login environment designated by the Company or external authentication service, and any other environment necessary to use the Services.
If the Company specifies recommended or supported environments, such information will be displayed on the relevant service page, help page, pricing page, purchase screen, or other pages separately designated by the Company.
Depending on the user’s device, operating system, browser, communication environment, extensions, security settings, or other usage environment, some or all functions of the Services may not operate properly.
Special Sales Conditions or Service Provision Conditions
Use of the Services requires agreement to the terms of use, privacy policy, data policy, and any other terms established by the Company for each service.
If the Company specifies paid plans, free tiers, trials, functional limitations, available data, usage limits, storage capacity, simultaneous login restrictions, account restrictions, target regions, or other service provision conditions, such conditions will be displayed on the relevant service page, pricing page, purchase screen, or other pages separately designated by the Company.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Services do not provide investment advisory services, investment management services, financial instruments transactions, buy or sell recommendations, investment solicitation, order execution, or order routing.
Disclaimer Regarding Representations and Service Information
Functions, analysis results, scores, charts, reports, descriptions, examples, implementation effects, and other information displayed on the Services or the Company’s website do not guarantee any specific results, investment performance, profits, avoidance of losses, analytical accuracy, reproducibility, continuity, or future outcomes.
The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the content, functions, specifications, fees, supported data, supported external services, service provision conditions, or other aspects of the Services at its discretion.
